The Clinical Manager provides day-to-day leadership and supervision of hospice care delivery, ensuring services are safe, compliant, high-quality, and aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Manager directly supervises and supports registered nurses, social workers, hospice aides, chaplains, and other assigned hospice team members. Grounded in the Quadruple Aim framework, the Clinical Manager leads, coaches, and develops staff to deliver highly reliable, evidence-based, patient- and family-centered hospice care across all settings. This role partners closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure clinical excellence, effective care coordination, strong communication, and optimal patient/family experience.
