The Clinic RN (Registered Nurse) provides skilled nursing care in accordance with InnovAge policies and all applicable regulations to participants. Assists in the examination, testing, and treatment of participants. Implements orders written by primary care providers. Triages participant and staff phone calls to determine the priority of care and routes accordingly. Schedules outside appointments for participants when necessary. Administers prescribed medications and treatments. Provides training to participants in self-administration of applicable medications and monitors medication compliance.
