Job Overview The Clinical Manager oversees the daily operations of a direct patient care department, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards. The PICU also provides care for patients receiving solid organ transplants as well as neurosurgical, burn, orthopedic, ENT, and general pediatric surgical patients. Patients in the PICU are cared for by a multidisciplinary team including Pediatric Intensivists, RNs, support staff, and dedicated PICU Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists, Nutritionists, Social Workers and Child Life Specialists.
