As a Nurse Practitioner with Integrated Wound Care, you will play an instrumental role in making a positive impact on the lives of our patients. What We Offer Schedule: Full time 8-5pm, some call, travel Department: GWM Wound Ostomy Services Location: Forsyth Medical Center The Wound/Ostomy Specialist RN is responsible for achieving standards of care, collaborating with physicians, managers, clinical coordinators and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with the current policies and procedures. Additional skills required : Completion of Wound/Ostomy Course provided by accredited program. This must be completed within 3 years of hire and certification should be achieved within 6 months to 1 year after program is complete.
