About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll provide essential daily assistance while helping clients continue enjoying the familiarity and comfort of their own homes.

Your compassion, reliability, and attention to individual needs will help clients feel respected, supported, and confident in their daily routines.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care needs
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and support with everyday activities
Offer medication reminders
Observe and communicate changes in a client's condition to the care team
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
