Responsibilities The LVN Minimum Data Set (MDS) Nurse supports the MDS assessment process by assisting with the collection, documentation, and entry of resident assessment data. This role ensures timely and accurate completion of assigned MDS sections in compliance with federal and state regulations. The LVN MDS Nurse collaborates with the MDS Coordinator, interdisciplinary team, and nursing leadership to facilitate a smooth and compliant assessment process that promotes high-quality resident care and accurate clinical documentation.
