As a Registered Nurse, you’ll support a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered outcomes. In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans to support optimal recovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient’s stay. You maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability. We are looking for skilled RNs to join our combined Surgical Cardiac Progressive Care and Neuroscience unit at our downtown Fresno campus! In this 47-bed unit, you will care for a diverse patient population with various surgical cardiac comorbidities, including post-open heart, Left Ventricular Assist Device, Pulmonary Hypertension trauma, and more! Responsibilities The Medical Assistant (MA) supports the medical practice providers and nurses at Community Perioperative Assessment Clinic (C-PAC) in providing medical or technical procedures and assists with patient flow and care.
