Overview Community Health Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Neurosurgery team. In this role, the APP will provide comprehensive care for patients with neurosurgical conditions of the brain and spine, including traumatic brain and spinal cord injury, intracranial hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, brain tumors, degenerative spine disease, neurovascular conditions such as brain aneurysms, and functional neurosurgical conditions such as movement disorders and epilepsy, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
