Medical Assistant - Cooper City

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a full-time position in our Cooper City clinic. The ideal candidate will educate, treat, and inform patients for their appointment. Potential candidates for this role should be excellent communicators who excel at developing and maintaining patient relationships. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Start end time may vary. Saturday, Sunday and holiday rotation will be required. Location: 9900 Stirling Road, Suite 222, Hollywood, FL 33024. Occasional travel to other clinics may be required. Responsibilities include: Assisting physician with patient care Prepare patients for exams or treatment including taking patient history, vitals and phlebotomy Document patient care in the medical records system accurately and in a timely manner Organize, stock and clean rooms as well as sterilize instruments Answering phones/scheduling appointments as well as general administrative tasks Skills & Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with diploma, required. Registered or Certified Medical Assistant preferred. Aspire Houston is a high-volume infertility practice that seeks a caring, compassionate CMA, LVN or RN with attention to detail for their office in our Kingwood office. Hours: 7:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, no weekends and only work 1 holiday per year. Responsibilities: Coordinate all infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians. Perform routine examinations, procedures, phlebotomy and administer medications. Telephone triage with patients regarding patient medication, treatment plans and test results. Care of patient through ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF and oocyte donation. Responsible for the ongoing communication between the Physician and the patient. Counsel patients on infertility treatment protocols. Communicate physician orders and instructions. Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately to all stressful situations. Responsible for accurate and timely communication of lab results to patients. Knowledge of examination, diagnostic and treatment room procedures related to fertility. Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately to all stressful situations. Preop/PACU Registered Nurse - PRN

We are seeking to fill the PRN role of a PreOp/PACU Registered Nurse. If you have a heart for working in women's health and have the skills and experience below, we welcome your application! Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Expected hours: available to work a minimum of two shifts per pay period, in addition to participation in the weekend shift rotation with at least one Saturday or Sunday shift per month is required. Essential Responsibilities: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served in the Facility. Must demonstrate the knowledge of the principle of growth and development of the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirements relative to his/her age specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in the Facility’s policies and procedures. Demonstrates necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the peri-operative nurse in accordance with AORN and other regulatory standards of practice. Facilitates effective and efficient transition from Preop to OR and PACU to release Utilizes appropriate body mechanics in moving patients, stretchers, and OR tables to prevent injury to patient and self. Ability to monitor patient as anesthesia wears off and evaluate patient Properly communicates any post-op care instructions to patient Demonstrates knowledge of management of patient, including: being available to anesthesia during intubation and extubation, assisting as needed in sudden changes in patient condition and being readily available to assist as directed. Ensures that H/P, orders for the procedure, and consent form are consistent prior to placing in medical chart. Prepares and administers medications in accordance with current practice (i.e. review physician orders, pre-op antibiotics, preparing/labeling medications on/off field, utilizing the 7 medication rights, identifying high alert medications, conducting independent double checks when indicated, and narcotic waste, etc.). Assures only licensed personnel administer medications. Relays appropriate hand off communication to RN Circulator to ensure continuity of care. We are seeking an RN ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) Third Party Nurse Coordinator for our Tampa office. The Third-Party Reproductive Nurse Coordinator supports patients and gestational carriers/donors throughout the fertility treatment process, serving as a key point of coordination between patients, clinical teams, and outside agencies. This role helps ensure clear communication, timely care coordination, and a compassionate experience throughout the third-party reproduction journey. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am- 5:15pm Key Job Duties: Coordinate care for patients pursuing donor egg, donor sperm, embryo donation, or gestational carrier treatment. Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, intended parents, gestational carriers, donors, and third-party agencies. Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, testing, medications, and clinical requirements with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team. Communicate treatment timelines, instructions, and next steps while ensuring patients understand their care plans.
