About the Role: As the RN Unit Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit, including supervising nurses, coordinating patient care, and maintaining high levels of quality and safety. You will also be responsible for managing medication, charting, and communicating with insurance companies to ensure seamless care coordination.
