Provide leadership during crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning and decision-making processes. Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
