This position requires strong clinical judgment, supervisory ability, and compassion for the elderly and long-term care population. Primary Responsibilities Clinical Supervision Oversee all nursing and direct care staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on assigned units or shifts. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of nursing care in accordance with physicians’ orders, facility policies, and resident care plans.
