The LVN Floor Nurse will maintain the standards of Nursing Care and practices within the facility to meet the physical, psychosocial, and rehabilitative needs of the residents. The LVN will work closely with the MDS coordinator, Assistant director of Nursing and the Director of Nursing to ensure the best possible functions of the facility are met.

Our shifts are 6:00AM to 6:00PM and 6:00PM to 6:00AM with every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
