Your Role:

Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team.
Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards
Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts.
Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.
Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment

Assist with ambulation, gait training and CPM administration as instructed by the physical therapist. 19. Apply orthopedic devices such as AF orthosis, abduction braces, hinge joint immobilizer per instruction of the physical therapist. 20. Use safety equipment and supplies (mechanical lifts, steady’s, etc.) when lifting or moving patients who requires more than one person assistance.
