Licensed Practical Nurse

Travel LPN – LTC/SNF – Decorah, IA

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: Within 2 weeks
• Contract Type: Travel, Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Shift Options: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
• Gross Pay Range: $1,600–$1,750 per week
• Transportation: Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient health, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team
• Support residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and respect
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements:

• Active LPN Compact License
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
