Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Full Time Day Shift 40 hours weekly Position Purpose: Responsible for coordinating the Employee Health Program (including workers compensation and medical disability) and collaboration with MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center as well as assuming responsibility for development, implementation and evaluation of a plan of care for patients receiving cardiac rehabilitation phase II services. Annually reviews department/organization policies and procedures to assure that MercyOne New Hampton Medical Center meets requirements of federal and state regulations. Maintains current knowledge base of trends, policies, regulatory standards (such as CDC and OSHA), and legislation and advises administration when pertinent.
