RN Clinical Manager, Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN required) in our Medicare certified Maui Visits office in Wailuku, Hawaii. As one of the Clinical Managers, you will lead the field staff in providing exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures. Clinical Managers are also accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development.

Duties of a Clinical Manager include:

  • Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
  • Processing incoming referrals.
  • Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff
  • Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
  • Monitoring quality assurance.
  • Managing staff productivity, and overall case management.
  • This is a full-time in-office position including client visits as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • An active Hawaii Registered Nurse license.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
  • Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation.
  • Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
  • HCHB a plus.
  • Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred/required.

RN Field Supervisor- Pediatric Home Care

We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager within our Pediatric Skilled Nursing team to lead our clinical team and ensure excellence in care delivery. Our main office is located in Wilmington, NC. Position Summary: The Clinical Manager oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of pediatric home care services. This role ensures that all care provided meets clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, managing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families.
