A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one student support within a school setting in Anoka, MN. This role involves working onsite to care for a medically fragile student with specialized medical needs. The position requires dedication, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage complex health conditions in a pediatric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for a student requiring tracheostomy management, ventilator support, and continuous feeding via G-J tube.
Perform ostomy care and changes as needed.
Monitor and manage respiratory treatments, including nebulizer use.
Administer nasally delivered medications for seizure management when required.
Support the student's complex medical needs including adrenal insufficiency.
Maintain meticulous documentation and communicate effectively with the education and healthcare team.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

Current, active Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
Active CPR/BLS certification.
Proven experience in tracheostomy care; pediatric experience preferred.
Ability to work 38 hours per week onsite during school hours.
Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal skills.

Onsite presence required within a school in Anoka, Minnesota.
