What Youll Need:

  • Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
  • Previous experience in a school setting as an RN or LPN/LVN preferred
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate care and support to students in grades 912
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within an educational team
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily health services, first aid, and medication administration in the school health room
  • Support students with chronic health conditions and acute needs throughout the school day
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation according to district policies
  • Monitor and respond to student health concerns; collaborate with families and staff to ensure appropriate care plans
  • Participate in health education and wellness initiatives as needed
