What Youll Need:

Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
Previous experience in a school setting as an RN or LPN/LVN preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to provide compassionate care and support to students in grades 912
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within an educational team
Current CPR/BLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily health services, first aid, and medication administration in the school health room
Support students with chronic health conditions and acute needs throughout the school day
Maintain accurate health records and documentation according to district policies
Monitor and respond to student health concerns; collaborate with families and staff to ensure appropriate care plans
