Lead Daily Operations: Plan, supervise, and monitor clinic activities to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery.
Manage and Develop Staff: Hire, onboard, coach, evaluate, and support staff. Step in when coverage is needed.
Be the Clinical Point Person: Serve as the main liaison for both internal teams and outside partners.
Drive Excellence in Care: Oversee quality, compliance, education, and performance for your service line.
Support Financial Health: Help manage budgets and financial performance.
Promote Growth: Support marketing efforts and help grow the service line’s reach and reputation.
Champion Improvement: Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Minimal Requirements:

Education: BSN required; ADN with strong experience considered. Master’s preferred.
Licensure: Current Missouri RN license.
Experience: At least 1 year in a management role; 3 years in Behavioral Health preferred.
