Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Monitor patients’ conditions, record symptoms and progress, and report significant changes to physicians and healthcare team members.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Adhere to infection control standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support patients emotionally and provide counseling when appropriate.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program.
Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care protocols.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments with professionalism and compassion.
Basic life support (BLS).
