The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA!

Position Highlights

Work/Life Balance: flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM
Full-Time Role: 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours per week seeing on average 18-20 patients per day
Full supportive provider team includes: 2 family physicians, 1 pediatrician, 3 advanced practice providers
Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
Competitive Salary: $130,000 - $151,000 based on experience, plus quality and productivity incentives

Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Specialty

Summary GENERAL SUMMARY Engages in activities constituting the practice of medicine in collaboration with and under the medical direction, clinical guidance and supervision of a licensed physician. This individual will primarily function within the main hospital when work volumes are high, but will be asked to perform duties in clinics when hospital work volumes are low.
