The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley is looking for a Part-Time RN Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team. If you are an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys guiding staff, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting residents and families, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily operations on the unit
Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Support and mentor nursing staff, especially newer team members
Monitor resident care and review medical records
Address concerns from residents and their families
Maintain proper medical supply levels for the unit
Report updates and represent the unit to facility leadership
Help maintain strong standards of care across the department

What We’re Looking For

Active RN License
2+ years of Long-Term Care experience
1+ year of Unit Manager or supervisory experience
Basic computer skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
