Marquis CHHA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing care and diabetic management programs within our partnering Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). This is a leadership role ideal for an RN who excels at clinical oversight, staff mentoring, and coordination of patient care in the ALF setting.

Position Overview

The RN Supervisor will serve as the lead clinical nurse overseeing:

  • The Diabetic Management Program in ALF settings, including insulin administration, blood glucose monitoring, and staff education.
  • Resident health oversight and coordination of skilled nursing services for residents on Marquis CHHA services.
  • Supervision and support for LPNs and HHAs working within ALFs.
  • Communication between ALF staff, physicians, and the Marquis CHHA interdisciplinary team.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in New York State – required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Assisted Living, Home Care, or Long-Term Care
  • Experience with Diabetic Management Programs highly preferred
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across clinical and facility teams
