Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Ensure resident safety and well-being by adhering to facility policies and protocols
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care, promoting dignity, respect, and comfort at all times

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
