RN Supervisor Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts
Ensure high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility setting
Assign staff based on resident acuity and census

Audit documentation for accuracy and compliance

RN Supervisor Requirements

Active New York State RN License
Minimum 1 years of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday 7a–7p)
