About the Role:

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Preferred experience in a Skilled nursing, senior living or related setting.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
