Shift Details:

• 12hr. Rotating Weekends for all shifts
• Full-Time Day & Full-Time Night
• Part-Time Nights
• PRN/Per Diem LPN shifts available

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication administration
• Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Valid and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience/skills in a long-term care/senior living or related field preferred
