RN Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, you play a vital leadership role in delivering exceptional resident care.

You will:

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and respond proactively
Maintain thorough, compliant documentation (Point Click Care)
Supervise and support CNAs during daily care activities
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Foster an atmosphere of warmth, dignity, and compassion
