Shift: 12hrs. Full-Time Nights (+Rotating weekends) & Part-Time Weekends

Pay Rate: Starting at $33/hour and up (Up to $3/hour Shift Differential available)

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes
• Provide emotional support and empathy to residents and their families

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
• Experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Position Title: Regional MDS Coordinator Company: Aspire Senior Living - Location: Onsite Carthage, MO *Travel required to various facilities Salary: $90K to $95K based on experience Aspire Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional MDS Coordinator (RN/LPN) for our West Region. The primary purpose of the Regional MDS Coordinator (RN/LPN) is to maintain / process MDS data, resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with state/federal requirements and the policies/goals of all the facilities. Regional MDS Coordinator (RN/LPN) will help oversee the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and care planning processes for two skilled nursing facilities with small census populations.
