As Director of Nursing (RN) , you will play a vital role in achieving our mission by leading our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents. About the Role: As Director of Nursing (RN) , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Director of Nursing (RN) will be responsible for: Supervising and managing a team of licensed nurses and caregivers to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards of care Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services Conducting accurate assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records and charts Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of nursing staff to ensure exceptional care and service to our residents Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience Requirements: Current RN licensure in the State of Missouri Minimum 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably as a Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing Excellent leadership and management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills What We Offer: Competitive Wage Rates 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holiday Pay Medical, Dental & Vision, Life Insurance + more Advancement Opportunities Exclusive Aspire Senior Living Employee Perks How to Apply: If you are a motivated and compassionate healthcare professional looking for a new challenge, please apply for the Director of Nursing (RN) position at Aspire Senior Living Joplin.
