We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Roaring River in Cassville, MO. As a CNA, you will provide direct care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring each resident's comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies.
• Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods.
