Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Provide support with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and documentation
Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control policies
Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and our care team to ensure exceptional care and service
Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
