Director of Nursing (DON) Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of nursing practice, including federal and state regulations, and industry best practices

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
