Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. The ADON will provide administrative oversight and support to our nursing staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care possible. As a key member of our leadership team, the ADON will work closely with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing and other members of the leadership team

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote excellence in patient care

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to identify and resolve issues, and improve processes and outcomes

  • Conduct regular rounds to observe and assess the quality of care being provided

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality metrics and dashboards

  • Develop and manage budgets, and ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for

  • Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to ensure that our team is well-equipped to provide exceptional care

Requirements:
