Schedule: Full Time | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Compensation: Negotiable

Position Overview

The Gardens at Easton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing team on a Weekend Baylor schedule. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations during weekend shifts while ensuring the highest standards of resident-centered care.

The RN Supervisor will provide direct nursing care, support clinical staff, and ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with Pennsylvania standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care within a skilled nursing facility environment.
Supervise and coordinate resident care delivery to ensure quality and compliance.
Monitor, evaluate, and document resident outcomes and care plans.
Serve as a clinical leader and resource for nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to maintain optimal resident care and safety.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care.
