Qualifications

I. Qualifications:

Education:

Hold a current Texas permit or license as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.

Training and Experience:
Current BLS
Successful completion of general and nursing orientation within 3 months of hire.
ACLS within 6 months.
TCAR (Trauma Care After Resuscitation) within 12 months of hire or transfer to department.
Critical Care Course within one year.
Demonstrate Nursing Process elements within 3 months of hire or transfer:
