We are seeking a dedicated We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 support for a student in a school-based setting for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to deliver individualized care while supporting a student’s health and participation in a collaborative classroom environment.

Position Overview
* School Year: 2026–2027
* Hours: 32.5 hours per week
* Pay Rate: $32–$37 per hour

Responsibilities
* Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to support the student throughout the school day
* Monitor and manage the student’s health needs in accordance with care plans
* Assist the student in accessing the classroom environment safely
* Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
* Maintain accurate documentation of services and student care
* Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the student

Requirements
* Active LPN license required
* Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a 1:1 setting
* Must be comfortable working onsite
