School-Based Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to provide direct care and support to patients in a school-based setting. This role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Monitor and record vital signs and patient status
  • Support hygiene and personal care routines
  • Communicate patient needs and updates with nurses and care teams
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare, school, or caregiving setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
