Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state of Massachusetts
Experience in pediatric nursing, especially skilled care for students with complex medical needs (e.g., trach management)
Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in clinical or school settings
Ability to ride school transportation with the student and provide care during transit
Strong communication and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct one-on-one nursing care to a student with a trach, supporting all health and safety needs
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage respiratory support as needed
Attend to emergency situations calmly and efficiently
