Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts. This RN schedule includes: 64 hours per two weeks day shift; 9AM - 5:30PM every other weekend and holiday rotation Responsibilities Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status: Performs initial and on-going assessments per the applicable Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and Nurse Practice Act. Ensures assessments are completed every 90 days per regulatory requirements.
