We’re hiring a Nurse Manager to lead our inpatient unit and partner directly with the CNO. Our inpatient model is built around stabilization and observation — assess, treat, monitor, and coordinate transfer when a higher level of care is needed. In a 20-bed hospital, flexibility matters: you and your team may be called to support the ED during high-volume periods, so strong acute care skills round out the picture. You’ll build the team, set the clinical standards, and own the unit without fighting bureaucracy to get things done.
