Required Skills & Experience:

  • Active LPN or LVN license with proven clinical skills
  • Experience supporting children and young adults (ages 4-22), including those with ASD and developmental delays
  • Competency with medical procedures such as gastronomy tube care, bladder catheterization, diabetes management (CGM, insulin, carb counting), managing hypo/hyperglycemia, seizure recognition/response, and administration of medications like EpiPens and Benadryl
  • Ability to train staff in medical protocols and collaborate with educators and parents
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish skills are advantageous
  • Adaptability to rotate between campuses and adjust to students’ evolving needs
