Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Current and valid LPN/LVN license

Familiarity with direct care procedures for medical needs such as gastrostomy, bladder catheterization, diabetes and insulin management (including CGM and carb counting), as well as recognition and response for hypo- and hyperglycemia
Comfortable overseeing and administering medications (epi-pens, Benadryl, etc.)
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
