Job Description:

Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
Medication Administration, including IVs.
Taking and recording vital signs.
Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
Provide resident and family education.
Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Current New York State License- RN

Can be full or part-time. *Now Offering SAME-DAY PAY!* Pay Ranges: $45- $52 (depending on experience) Position Overview: The RN Supervisor plays a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care, overseeing staff, collaborating with physicians, and providing both physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families. Key Responsibilities: Identify patient service requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual patients, as well as others in a position to understand service needs. Complete patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
