We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Level 2 IT professional to join our team at Polaris Healthcare. As a Level 2 IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our employees and affiliated providers. If you have a strong background in Windows operating systems, systems administration, and network troubleshooting, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 technical support to employees and affiliated providers via phone, email, and in-person

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2019, 2021, and 2025, and Microsoft MS Office 365

  • Perform systems administration tasks, including Active Directory and Windows Group Policy management

  • Troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, file, and print services

  • Utilize solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft MS Office 365

  • Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and Citrix is a plus

  • Utilize Remote Management Tools for troubleshooting and support

     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

  • Valid driver's license and reliable car

Compensation:

  • Salary based on experience: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
