What You'll Do

As Director of Nursing, you will play a vital leadership role in overseeing all nursing operations and ensuring the highest standards of care throughout the center.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff

  • Ensuring quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes

  • Overseeing staffing, regulatory compliance, and clinical programs

What We're Looking For

  • Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience

  • At least 1 year of long-term care experience

  • Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience

  • Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills

  • Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the total nursing care activities in the facility during each shift of duty, ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.
