Job Description:

Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
Medication Administration, including IVs.
Taking and recording vital signs.
Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
Provide resident and family education.
Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Current New York State License- RN

Affinity Skilled Living and Rehabilitation Center Oakdale, NY

Affinity Skilled Living is seeking a full time 3-11 RN Supervisor. Duties include supervision of building, being admitting nurse for admissions that arrive on shift, and additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Schedule is full time, 5 days a week including every other weekend. Candidate should have prior expierience in RN supervision in the sub-acute/skilled setting.
