We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The DON is responsible for the overall clinical management of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance. This leadership role requires a strong clinical background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Quaifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana
Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
Strong knowledge of LTC regulations, survey processes, and compliance standards
Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
