Position Title: Nurse Supervisor M-F 11-7:30am Classification: Exempt Reports To: Director of Nursing (DON) / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Position Summary In alignment with the organization’s mission to enhance the quality of life for residents, the Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing care and services on their assigned unit/shift. This role ensures the safe, effective, and timely delivery of care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation. The Nurse Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies and procedures. Resident Care & Clinical Oversight Deliver and ensure high-quality nursing care that promotes resident rights, dignity, and independence.
