Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Preferred: BSN, MSN

Licenses/ certifications/ registrations

Required: Evidence of continuing education is appropriate for skill level and area of practice. Current RN license in the State of Oregon; BLS, ACLS and PALS

Preferred: Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN)
