Registered Nurse (RN) – Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long‑term care (LTC) setting
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in health status
Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care plans

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Iowa (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR Certification
