Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing services, including medication administration, treatments, and first aid for students with acute or chronic conditions
- Develop, implement, and update individualized health care plans under the direction of the school nurse or health coordinator
- Maintain accurate health records in accordance with school policies, privacy laws, and nursing standards
- Educate students and staff on topics such as wellness, hygiene, and chronic care management
- Serve as a trusted resource for families, offering guidance and support for student health needs
- Monitor and manage immunization compliance and communicable disease prevention
